We are able to accomplish this through passive and dual mode design, on site regenerative water purification and enhanced waste management thereby minimizing and even eliminating mechanical systems. To accomplish this, we use advanced energy modeling, air flow modeling, micro-climate analysis, daylight modeling and years of real world operating expertise that most firms simply do not have.
